The comprehensive Blueberry 01 - Fort Navajo(1963), part 1/5

Shortly after his collaboration on Jerry Spring, Giraud asks writer Jean-Michel Charlier if he’d like to work with him on a new western series for Pilote magazine. In the October issue of 1963, Fort Navajo debuts. The first story introduces protagonist Lt. Mike Blueberry, and is the very first Blueberry story(renamed just Blueberry later on). Giraud changes his pen name to GIR, and continues drawing Blueberry with writing partner Charlier for decades.

This is the beginning of an attempt to put up every one of Gir and Charlier’s Blueberry stories, in the order that they were produced. Pardon the occasional scanlation fonts, I’ll avoid them as much as possible.
